Prof. Dr. Gerhard Hillmer:

Teaches at the Management Center Innsbruck and was active for many years in the management of ExxonMobil.

Seminar overview:

Complete sucess in business life is only possible if the leadership (and the employees) clearly understand the core mission of the company, apply the relevent core competencies for the good of the organisation, and create core processes professionally in the company. This must all be done with the inspiration of the Spirit of God, and with a renewed mind. The result of this is transforming the company / organisation and thereby also laying the foundations of transforming society. The seminar fosters improved understanding of these elements, using practically-oriented workshops.
